Here are the ingredients:
1 Toasted slice of bread
1 Tablespoon of cream cheese spread
2 Scrambled eggs
1 Teaspoon of flax seeds
Watercress for garnish
Directions:
Layer all ingredients by order and add watercress, salt and pepper to taste and garnish.
