This shrimp salad was so easy to make! And I mean sooooo easy! Literally under 10 minutes! My little one even helped me make it!
1 lb of peeled and deveined shrimp
Fish seasoning
Olive oil
1 Garlic clove for seasoning
Romaine lettuce
Tomatoes
Avocado
English cucumbers
Onions
Feta cheese
1/2 Lemon cut into wedges
Salt and black pepper to taste
Wash shrimp, pat dry then season with fresh garlic, fish seasoning, salt and black pepper. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Chop rest of ingredients and place them on a plate. Heat up a pan/skillet on medium high with olive oil and cook shrimp until golden brown, flip them over and cook until golden brown. Place them on top of the salad, Add olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon wedges on top and serve. ❤️
This recipe is very filling as the avocado and shrimp contains lot of fat! It’s great for keto lovers and it makes a super easy and quick dinner! I got it done within 10 minutes!
